Regeneration of Sheffield’s industrial wasteland by introducing the following improvements — hotels and conference facilities, food production enterprises, regaining lost industry by substituting updated technologies, providing job opportunities and residential environments, and using the output from research institutes to enhance local and national wellbeing.
